In this years' Easter, I visited Lushoto district in Tanga region with my husband, my two sisters and their other half as well. we left for Lushoto Saturday morning around 9:30, it was an enjoyable journey indeed.
We arrived in Lushoto that evening, for me it is the second time to visit Lushoto, what a beautiful place, you never get used to the beauty, every time you smell the flowers, the trees, the earth, you just want to go on and on mesmerizing the beauty, no words, no amount of picture can ever describe the serene beauty of that place. As though not enough, and to top it all, the weather, that cool breeze, I am in love with Lushoto. you wouldn't want to leave the place, ever!
I am so thankful to God almighty for this amazing opportunity to go and appreciate his wonderful creation and the utmost blessing that it is in our country Tanzania. A friend of mine once joked that "really?, God must have fooled the Jews, the land of milk and honey is indeed right before our eyes"
Lushoto is indeed a place worthy a thousand words and a must destiantion for those who love and enjoy exploring. I read somewhere, cant remember exactly that " the world is like a book, and those who do not travel, read only one page" he/she couldn't be more right!
As the motto of this platform, I will share a few photo that I have taken there, but as I have said, no amount of words or photos can ever describe the true beauty of the place,... forgive my photographing!
